Who should buy a "Non-Commercial" subscription?

If you or your organisation wants to integrate data from CTI Butler into other security tools you are using to perform research and analysis, this subscription is for you. It covers you for sharing a subset of the data with others (e.g. if the CTI Butler objects form part of your research, you can share them freely with your peers in other organisations).

Who should buy a "Commercial" subscription?

If you or your organisation wants to distribute data from CTI Butler within your products or products you manage this subscription is for you. Generally this subscription is only needed if you are an MSSP or a software vendor (e.g. sell a TIP, SIEM, SOAR, etc). If you are not sure, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Are there any difference between subscriptions?

No. Both subscriptions have access to the same data and same feature set. It is only the terms of use that differ.

Is CTI Butler a Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP)?

No. Our data is designed to be integrated with TIPs. Please contact your TIP provider about an integration with CTI Butler.

Do you integrate with product X, Y, Z?

Many security tools now support the STIX 2.1 data format natively (which is how all CTI Butler data is stored). You can export this data to these tools using the CTI Butler REST API.

Do you offer free trials?

No.

Do you offer yearly subscriptions?

No.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes. All subscriptions can be cancelled anytime before the subscription renewal date. Cancelled subscriptions will have access to CTI Butler up until their subscription renewal date. No refunds will be issued.
